Arbalet Cup Best of Four day 1 stats recap
First day of this marathon tournament has ended, and we have brought you the statistics of all these awesome matches, so here is a quick recap of who were the stars of the day.
Natus Vincere and SK were the first to play the five-map marathon. The Ukrainians repeated, if not exceeded, their form from the IEM4 World Finals a month ago, winning three maps in a row in quite a convincing fashion. Although, SK seemed to step up after that, picking up 4 points from the last two maps in nail-biting endings, 15-15 on de_inferno and 16-14 on what was Na`Vi's best map at IEM4, de_train.
Fnatic and UNiTED came on to the stage after that, with many expecting the Swedes to sweep the floor with the Russian-Kazakh team. But, UNiTED had a different plan, and even though Fnatic did prove to be the better team by collecting three map-wins, they surely didn't have an easy task, especially on de_nuke, where they lost 1-16 before playing out the rest of the rounds.
You can see all the results here, and what the table looks like at the moment here.
Team statistics reflect the standings entirely, as Na´Vi are on top, with fnatic second-best, while UNiTED and SK are in the other half. Still, a lot can change until the end of the tournament, as there are ten more maps to be played by each team.

4. | ![]() | 1 | 1 | 3 | 61 | 89 | 41% | 0.82 |
The player who stood out the most today was Na´Vi's Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko, as he displayed great play in each of the 5 maps, finishing the day with an impressive 0.90 KPR, and as the Top Fragger and Rifler of the day.
His teammate, Yegor "markeloff" Markelov was the second best rated player today, with the best DPR of 0.52, a solid 0.77 KPR and as the Top Pistol Round Player.
The third best overall was fnatic's star player Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, with only a few frags behind Teslenko, recording a great 0.88 KPR, although not such a great DPR of 0.71.
Six more players recorded ratings above 1.0, two each from Na´Vi, fnatic and UNiTED.
# | Player | Team | KPR | DPR | Rating |

9. | ![]() | ![]() | 0.71 | 0.67 | 1.02 |
The AWP was no-one's most used weapon today, and only three players had more than 20% of their kills with it. Perhaps a surprising fact is that Markelov had only 27% of his frags with it, quite a drop compared to IEM4 where he had 49%.
# | Player | AWP kills | awpKPR | % of all kills |
1. | ![]() | 31 | 0.21 | 29% |
2. | ![]() | 31 | 0.21 | 27% |
4. | ![]() | 25 | 0.17 | 23% |
